How to add option information to order notes

By configuring order management note settings, you can add option information to the notes field of orders containing option products.

About note settings

Once enabled, the note-adding feature will automatically add option information to the order notes field.

Setting exclusion key names

The information added to the notes field is based on the option information displayed in the [Product properties] and [Additional details] of the order details.

Initially, all option information is included in the notes field. However, if you want to exclude specific option keys or widget labels, you can configure exclusion key names.

Exclusion key name	Exclusion example	description
`(Sender \| Message)$`	Sender, Gift/Message	Suffix match, displays only the product name, excluding sender name and message
`^(Noshi \| Card)`	Noshi/Option, Card/Option	Prefix match, excludes if the label name is “Noshi” or “Card”
